Bigger Than Sports started with a simple idea in a dorm room, that student athletes need support building a plan for life after the game. Today we place Gen Z mentors inside Title I high schools across the nation, working directly with student athletes from underserved communities. Together they build a real plan for what comes next, whether that is college, a trade, or a career, so no one loses themselves when they lose the game. What started as one idea has grown into a program that has reached hundreds of students and earned some recognition we're genuinely grateful for.
